THE APARTMENTS

Three apartments are available for seasonal rental:

• On the ground floor : The apartment "Jardin Le Granit Rose"
• On the 2nd floor : The apartment "L'île aux moines"
• On the 3rd floor : The apartment "Fou de Bassan"

DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The CLINT HOUSE is located in the heart of the Pink Granite Coast, Perros-Guirec offers you a protected natural site of exceptional beauty, unusual and grandiose landscapes where the land and the sea are strewn with pink granite rocks with shapes carved by the wind and the waves for millennia. With a coastline of 13 km and three large sandy beaches, Perros-Guirec enjoys a panoramic view of the archipelago of the 7 islands, one of the most important ornithological reserves in France. The city center, allows you to enjoy your stay without being dependent on your vehicle.

TO GET AROUND ON SITE

• On foot for most of the activities: beach, shopping, restaurants, water activities ...
• By car or by bike to discover the area.

TO GET TO THE CLINT HOUSE

• By car, free parking in the city, or in the Marechal Juin or Anatole France parking lots, 3 minutes away by foot. A free private parking space will be allocated to you on site.
• By train to Lannion station, then cab or public transport (bus).
• By plane to Brest or Rennes airport then cab, public transport or car rental.

Rules

The apartments are non-smoking and events are not allowed.

We ask that travelers leave the apartment tidy and in a clean condition.

Pets are not allowed.
